What is a section roller?
A section roller is a machine tool designed to roll varying thicknesses of bar steel into circular shapes with varying radii. Section rolers can be used to roll flat bar, square bar, round bar and various other bar profiles. With a special set of roller wheels, section rolls can also be used to roll tubing into various radii. One of the most common uses for section rolls is to roll flanges that are used in various engieering and fabrication applications.
