Beka-Mak linear way horizontal bandsaws have been designed to give a low cost compact and rugged machines. The bow is constructed of heavy gauge steel and mounted to chromed pillars which offers a strong rigid frame, providing a high degree of accuracy when cutting. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are standard feature and the machine automatically switches off at the end of the cut, the saw frame is lifted hydraulically up to the adjusted level.

Product Description
With the movement of the bow enables cutting between 90° and +30°. The auto height adjustment sensor allows the blade to approach the material at a fast speed and hydraulic cutting control allows the bow to just clear over the material after each cut. This process is controlled by a digital counter on the control panel and optimizes the cutting time. Adjusting the bow at any angle is controlled by the hydraulic brake system or digital counter placed on the body of the machine.
